Our system is designed using "Open Source" code. This means there is no expensive licence to purchase and no additional costs for licence updates, leaving you to invest your budget in programming and content.

Ease of Use

Our choice of the base system was made primarily with the consideration that many clients may want to take over administration and authoring at a point along the project path.
We understand that not every client would have either the staff or budget to oversee a complex virtual solution so we placed a very high value on providing a system that could be operated by a user with modest technical knowledge.
We believe that with some basic training and our excellent support system a client could quickly be self sufficient once the system was primed with the required functionality and content.

Real Time

Your system can be updated within minutes, information can be posted instantaneously from any computer connected to the Internet using an Internet browser.  The system administrator(s) may authorize an unlimited number of contributors to provide content to the site and delegate such authority by section and subsection.  Such contributors may be given editing rights and/or publishing rights.

Professional Design

Our design experts will work with you to create a custom design template to meet your unique needs and requirements, or to mirror a current corporate identity or site.
The ICMPS Content Management System supports a wide variety of designs, display and navigation options.  These designs showcase a dynamically changing site, allowing you to add, update and change an unlimited number of content sections and numerous interactive features throughout the site.

Customer Service and Training

Our customer service provides training, telephone support and online technical support to ICMPS customers.  Our customer service is available during regular business hours, and we provide additional phone numbers for after-hours/emergency service.
